Crafty Gals Corner Blog Hop with TONS of prizes!

To be excited, or to not be excited? What a stupid question! I am over-the-moon ecstatic to share my first Crafty Gals Corner project as an official design team member!



And boy is it ever a good reveal for the first challenge ever. I know everyone always says, "All the members on my design team are so talented." but in my case it really is true! As people were submitting their projects, I was beginning to wonder how I made the grade! 

And just so you know, there are PRIZES every week - sometimes more than one.

The challenge is Anything Goes:

I chose to use this sweet image from All Dressed Up called "To Have and to Hold". My cousin just got hitched, and this seemed like the perfect way to congratulate him. Which is why I added all the pink. ;) 

 

I used my Cuttlebug to emboss a heavy silver card stock for the background and then painted bits of the bridal dress with Perfect Pearls to really make them shimmer!


Ooooo shiny! I just love the sweet lines on all of the All Dressed Up images!

Now, I did mention PRIZES didn't I? In order to spread the word about the challenge, many of us on the team are offering up BLOG CANDY! And I'm talking some really good schtuff!

 Up for grabs here is a Dina Wakley Mixed Media stencil, a Cuttlebug embossing folder, some metal key embellishments, and a bottle of Distress clear Crackle Paint! All you have to do is comment below and leave your email address. I would really  love if you became a follower, too, but it's not a requirement to win. (Just sayin' though, if you do become a follower - expect a follow back. And lots of lovely comments from lil' ol' me.)

    Becca, this is beautiful. I love the grey, pink and white combo. Love the silver background and he embossing on it. That silver heart is perfect. I also like the way you colored the bottom of her wedding dress. VERY nice!!

    Becca, I wonder the same thing too! We are our own worst critic, true story. I think this is so soft and elegant. The color combo, the little bit of sparkle added to her dress, the heart bling, and the soft pink bow is absolutely gorgeous. So glad to be on the team with you!
